Update my personal details
You can change your HIP account details online or by phoning HIP Super weekdays 8am-7pm (EST).
To change your details online you need to:
- Register for the online service you need by calling HIP on 1300 654 099 weekdays 8am-7pm (EST). We provide you with a personal identification number (PIN)
- After obtaining your PIN you can log on to MemberOnline
- When entering your PIN you will be required to provide your membership number, which is available on your member statement
To change your details by mail you need to:
- Write to us advising of the changes of your details. Please forward documentation to:
