Setting up an account
To commence a pension, you must complete the HIP Super Pension Application Form found at the back of the HIP Super Product Disclosure Statement.
This will allow you to:
- provide your personal details
- select the amount of your pension payments
- indicate your preffered beneficiaries, and whether or not you would like our pension to revert to a dependent upon your death
- select an investment option
- provide your Tax File Number.
