Changing your personal details is easy with a HIP Super Pension.
Changing my pension payment frequency
You can change the frequency at which your receive your pension payments at any time during the life of your pension. You will need to inform us in writing of any changes to your payment frequency.
Changing my bank account details
You can change the bank account that your pension payments are deposited into. You will need to inform us in writing, including the banks name, branch address, account name, BSB and account number.
Change my personal details
You can change your personal details such as your address or beneficiares over the phone by contacting HIP on 1300 654 099.
