HIP is committeed to providing quality service to our members and employers. Trustee irectors work with HIP staff and service providers to safeguard HIP.
In-house expertise
- Management – the Board of Directors oversees all aspects of HIP Super
- Operations – on a day-to-day level, our staff ensure HIP Super runs smoothly and that service standards are met or exceeded
- Marketing –we develop marketing strategies to retain and increase our membership base
- Communications – we believe educating and communicating with our members and employers is vital and HIP Super is committed to producing publications and other communication resources of the highest quality
- Account service – we employ Account Managers to assist employers and members with their superannuation and Fund-related queries.
